3 The Lord will [a]not famish the soul of the righteous: but he casteth away the substance of the wicked.
4 A [b]slothful hand maketh poor: but the hand of the diligent maketh rich.
5 He that gathereth in summer, is the son of wisdom: but he that sleepeth in harvest, is the son of confusion.
